Transfer CHEETOS® Crunchy FLAMIN' HOT® Cheese Flavored Snacks to resealable bag; crush with rolling pin (or pulse in food processor until finely ground). Transfer to shallow bowl.

Divide ice cream among flat sides of 4 cookies; spread to cover cookies evenly. Cap with remaining cookies, flat side down. Freeze for 20 to 30 minutes or until ice cream is firm.
